Laptop screen is white?

Today I had my laptop in my car for a car tuning program. While driving down the street, the screen started getting fuzzy and eventually turned white. Now every time I turn the computer on, the screen stays white, but I can hear Windows loading. Also, when I took the screen apart to check connections, the screen inverter below the screen is making a loud buzzing sound.
