Would I be able to receive healthcare in Germany?

My boyfriend and I are moving to Germany (where he is originally from) and we plan on getting married but not until we have our own apartment so I was wondering if I went over there with just my 90 day passport if after that 90 days we got married, would I be able to get all of my working permits and residency permit there?
