120 watt solar panel to home ac?

Ok i just ordered a 120 watt solar panel 12v. I want a lead that will run a fan and pump straight from the panel no way connected to batteries. I also want a line leading to charge deep cycle batteries which i will store electricity for later use. I understand that solar panels need charge controller to the battery and from battery an inverter. But whats required if i want to run the fan and pump without draining the batteries as they charge?
