Help! Screen is almost to dim to see.?

You just got scammed by the repair shop like so many inexperienced computer uses do. If you have all new parts then it is possibly something with the software itself. Go under settings and find the brightness or contrast option and turn it up. You could just be using the computer in a bright area as many monitors are not easily visible under bright light. If none of those work, invest in a new computer.
